I am sorry to hear about your recent gaming experience. it has now been over 6 months and I am completely confused on how you can close a ticket and claim it as being solved each time I receive a email it's from a different customer service rep it is never the same person this is so terrible and I do not understand how I can send you correspondence of previous winnings that were authorized and all of a sudden none of it is considered real. again I have submitted my driver's license as well as previous winnings using the same account information and you continue to tell me that it doesn't exist and continue to tell me to send you more copies of my driver's license that I have sent at least three times I do not understand why this is happening. I sincerely wish that trust pilot allowed us to post screenshots. I have received your email it is amazing to me that per your email you have already closed my account and labeled it as solved which is not true since I haven't received any money. I won over $5,000 and they do not want to pay. I sent my driver's license and everything that they have asked for and still nothing. I have said screenshots and previous winnings that were processed with the same information. It has now been months and I haven't received anything I have sent several complaints to customer service and nothing has been done. I have played chumba for years and have never had a problem receiving my winnings.
